Please arrive on time. Late arrivals over 15 minutes may result in a shortened session. Arrivals exceeding 30 minutes will be considered a no-show and the appointment will be canceled. For individual appointments, all deposits are non-refundable. For package clients, appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed without notice may result in either a $100 rebooking fee and/or the forfeiture of one package session.
